It all started on the court.
Elite Pickleball grew out of a simple frustration: in Quebec, you had to order from the United States, wait three weeks, and hope the paddle matched its description. Nobody could tell you whether it suited your game.
So we started testing. Dozens of paddles, hundreds of match hours, players at every level. Then we opened the shop we would have wanted to find: a short catalogue, every item played, and someone on the line who knows the difference between control and power.
Today EP Shop is the only authorized retailer of Pilla Neptune and Razor lenses in Quebec. The clinics, the getaways and the Elite+ community grew around it.
Four ways in.
Elite Pickleball is not only a shop. Depending on what you are after — gear, technique, sunshine or a community — you come in through a different door.
EP Shop
A short catalogue. Every product is played, compared and kept by competitive players before it reaches the shop — and the Pilla Neptune & Razor exclusive for all of Quebec is its centrepiece. Advice in English or French, shipping across Canada.
Clinics
Themed clinics by level: drills, guided play, match situations. We work one shot at a time — the drive, the drop, the poach, the counter — rather than playing a bit of everything. Small groups, led by our coaches.
Getaways
A week of pickleball in the sun, led by our coaches, with Sportvac and Grand Palladium. Courts reserved, clinics in the morning, an in-house tournament at the end. The fastest way to improve — and to meet the community.
Elite+
The community. Priority access to Pilla exclusives, paddle demos before you buy, member pricing on clinics and getaways, and an invitation to open-play evenings. It is also where the season's Top 5 gets decided.
What an exclusive actually changes.
Being the only authorized retailer of the Pilla Neptune and Razor kits in Quebec is not a marketing line. It is a service commitment nobody else here can make.
Authentic product, under warranty
Trident-etched lenses, ZEISS certified, covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No grey market, no counterfeits.
Fitting and prescription
We guide you on the frame, the lens selection and the RX insert before you spend a thousand dollars.
After-sales support in Quebec
A problem, a part, a question: it gets settled here, in your language, without going through an American service desk.
A real player answers.
No call centre. When you write to EP Shop, you're talking to someone who has played the paddle you're asking about.

Before you write to us.
How do I know which Pilla lens suits me?
It depends on where you play. The 26CIED is made for full sun, the 62CIED for late afternoons and overcast skies, the 92CIL for indoors. The Neptune kit contains all three — which is why we recommend it to anyone who plays both outside and in a gym. If you only play indoors, write to us: a single lens may be enough.
Can I try a paddle before buying?
Yes, for Elite+ members and at the clinics. We keep a demo fleet of the Top 5 paddles. Write to us to arrange a session.
Are Pilla lenses compatible with my prescription?
The Neptune frame takes an RX insert. Send us your prescription: we check compatibility and confirm the lead time before starting anything. Allow two to three weeks.
Do you ship outside Quebec?
Anywhere in Canada. The Pilla exclusive covers Quebec, but nothing stops us from shipping an order elsewhere in the country.
How does the Top 5 work?
Every season, the team and a panel of Elite+ players test the paddles released that year. We keep five, ranked by use — control, power, versatility, feel, value. No sponsorship enters the ranking, and we publish what we left out too.
Ask us anything.
A question about a Pilla fitting, advice on a paddle, an order to track? Someone on the team answers, in English or French.
